We have a ways to go before that is in full force though. Although, I suspect, with some changes to our classroom in the coming months, that too will suddenly happen, and before you know it you will feel ready for Junior High ;) (sorry parents lol).
Well, for those that may be reading, and one student I spoke with at the end of the day, I wanted to tell you how incredibly impressed I was with your comportement during the assembly today. I know it can be hard at the end of the day to sit tight and listen when there is so much going on, but I believe you were the best behaved I have seen you! So, tomorrow there may be a special treat waiting for you at school :)
To clarify a few things:
Dictée words, going forward, will be in the students agendas next to the English words. (so on the weekend days' spots). I am finding that words aren't getting brought home and with two lists students are confusing where to find the other.
As a back-up, these lists can always be found here, on the website.
As I would like students to do corrections on this weeks words before handing out new words, typically these will go home Friday.
I will be sending out an email to ensure I have the correct email address, please look for this in your inbox in the next few days and reply so I know you received this!
Have a great Thursday!
...Don't forget to study for the MATH QUIZ for tomorrow. If you are not sure what it is about ...there are examples on the homework page. I have also sent home 5 questions students are to answer to study, and their math booklets which have all been completed and corrected to study from.
